Since founding by Kaoru “Ru” and Susan Suzuki in 2002, our goal has been to use the freshest ingredients to introduce the beauty and delicacy of classic style sushi while respecting the health and environment. We source small and sustainable fish sources and use organic ingredients whenever possible.
